If you subscribe, we store only the email address you submit, and only to send the newsletter. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not profile readers, and we do not sell data.
The charts player may remember playback in this browser. That stays on your device. Clearing this site's data removes it.

Previews, artwork and Listen on Apple Music buttons are provided by Apple. If you play a clip or open a link, Apple may receive technical data such as your IP address, under the Apple Privacy Policy.
Links to Apple Music are affiliate links. If you start an Apple Music subscription we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.
Newsletter
The weekly digest is sent to subscribers only. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes the address immediately and permanently. We never share the subscriber list with third parties.

We currently run no third-party advertising scripts. If this changes, this page will be updated before any ads appear, including any consent options required in your region.
Your choices
To correct or delete a newsletter address, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or write to info@music98.news with the subject "Privacy". This site is not directed at children under 13.
